When we started the restaurant back in 1999, we always did some catering on the side. The catering division has grown over the last few years and shows no sign of stopping.
Our Philosophy is: We cater every job like it was our grandmother’s special party for all the “gumara’s”. In other words all the family’s friends and relatives are coming over. There better be plenty of food and it better be great, because you don’t embarrass your grandmother. Dee (the matriarch of the restaurant) is constantly sampling all our dishes to ensure that we keep up our standards and make sure that Grandma would approve.

But besides the great food and great service, why Dee-Stefano’s?
We’ve been asking ourselves that same question. It was a few years ago, at Moroso Motorsports Park, where we first started to increase our catering business. The regulars there had previously been using other caterers, and besides raving about the great food and great service one comment was continually made by all them, that “You guys are so easy to work with”.
We aren’t sure that we understand it because it’s just the way we do business, and don’t understand how anybody could be any different.

With that in mind we try to help you plan your event, tailoring the menu and service to meet your wants and needs. We try to be accommodating and flexible. There are so many things to stress out about when planning a major event that we try to ensure that catering is not one of them.
Because we are also a restaurant we can easily arrange a tasting, so you can sample the things you are thinking of serving. And frankly it is a great marketing tool. We have never lost a job where we got someone in the restaurant for a tasting, because our food speaks for itself.
